John Ehinger, Jr.

Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel 

John Ehinger oversees Placemark’s compliance program and directs the company’s legal work, including the development of contracts with new overlay management clients. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Ehinger was an associate attorney at Balch & Bingham LP. Prior to that, Mr. Ehinger was a Staff Attorney in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Market Regulation in Washington. Mr. Ehinger received his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
